Abstract:As a large energy-consuming industry, the logistics industry is imperative to reduce environmental pollution and improve the green total factor productivity(GTFP)of the logistics industry under the constraints of traditional production factor bottlenecks. In this paper, the GTFP of 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China is measured by using the super-efficient SBM model and Malmquist index model, and the analysis of input-output effectiveness under the static perspective and the analysis of changes under the dynamic perspective are carried out.The results of the study show that:in the time cross-section of GTFP each year to reach the DEA effective provinces show an increasing trend;the nine-year average value of GTFP in coastal and riverine regions is higher than that of inland regions such as northeastern and southwestern regions, and most of the provinces have not reached the production frontier, and the direction of improvement is to reduce the redundancy of the input variables,to increase the economic output of the logistics industry and the scale of the output of the turnover of goods, and to scale down the carbon emissions;the GTFP in the time sequence of the overall shows a growth trend, and green technology progress and technical efficiency improvement are the reasons for the growth.
