Abstract：Through a comprehensive,systematic and accurate evaluation method,selecting the optimal investment project,improving the investment efficiency and ensuring the high-quality development of the power grid is a key area for the power grid company to promote the new round of electric power system reform,which is of great significance for the high-quality and sustainable development of the power grid company.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of distribution grid infrastructure projects from four dimensions of grid security,cleanliness,revenue level and coordination level,assigns the indexes through subjective and objective methods,proposes the dynamic preferential ranking method of distribution grid infrastructure projects based on the effectiveness of grid investment,and verifies the scientificity and rationality of the model constructed in this paper through empirical analysis,and the empirical results show that the model constructed in this paper conforms to the actual situation of the grid company and has a good promotion effect.The empirical results show that the model constructed in this paper is in line with the actual power grid and has a better promotion role.
