Construction and implementation of closed loop performance management system for state owned coal enterprises under strategic guidance:Taking Hanjiawan Coal Company as an example

Abstract：In order to adapt to the development of the new era,Hanjiawan Coal Company has adopted the strategy of"adhering to optimizing the stock and striving to build a star enterprise in the entire coal industry".Drawing on the performance management experience of other state-owned coal enterprises under the strategic orientation,and combining with the company's own development characteristics,a closed-loop performance management system for state-owned coal enterprises guided by strategy has been formed.Firstly,the background of implementing a closed-loop performance management system under the strategic orientation of Hanjiawan Coal Company was introduced,and the current situation of performance management in China was elaborated.From a theoretical perspective,a framework for the closed-loop performance management system of state-owned coal enterprises under the strategic orientation was designed,and the practical practices of Hanjiawan Coal Company's performance management system were summarized.The future optimization direction of the closed-loop performance management system of state-owned coal enterprises was also considered,in order to provide useful references for the construction of performance management systems in other state—owned coal enterprises.
