Abstract:With the deepening of electric power market reform, the operation efficiency and performance level of provincial electric power spot market are directly related to the optimal allocation of electric power resources and the smooth promotion of energy transformation. This paper constructs a performance evaluation system of provincial power spot market based on game theory and fuzzy matter-element evaluation model.Firstly, the paper discusses the operation mechanism and characteristics of the provincial power spot market in detail, and constructs a comprehensive and systematic evaluation index system from the aspects of generation side, user side, power trading and coordinated development of the provincial power market.Secondly, combined with game theory, the subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes obtained by AHP and entropy weight method are combined and optimized. Then, the fuzzy matter-element evaluation model is used to deal with the fuzziness and uncertainty of the evaluation index by fuzzy set,and the evaluation grade index is divided scientifically. Finally, this paper takes a provincial power spot market as an example to conduct empirical analysis, and analyzes its existing problems and shortcomings according to the evaluation results, and puts forward targeted policy recommendations accordingly, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical reference for the continuous optimization and improvement of the provincial power spot market.
