Research on the development mechanism of new quality productivity in Shanxi energy field

Abstract：The new quality productivity in the energy sector is a new form and format that has emerged due to revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading under the rapid development of digitization and intelligence.Exploring the key focus points of building new quality productivity in the energy sector of Shanxi Province from the aspects of coal transformation,new energy industry,power system,and coalbed methane industry,and proposing comprehensive development paths and strategies.Research has found that in the green and low-carbon transformation of the coal industry,efforts should be made to accelerate digital and intelligent transformation,promote the research and development of clean and efficient utilization of coal,carbon capture and storage technologies,promote smart mining in mines,build a digital management and control platform covering the entire coal production industry chain,and form the core driving force of new quality productivity in the coal field;In the field of new energy industry,exploring digital technology to empower the construction of smart wind farms,promoting breakthroughs in hydrogen energy core technology,utilizing renewable energy to produce hydrogen and industrial by-product hydrogen,building hydrogen energy infrastructure and storage and transportation system,and cultivating mature hydrogen energy business models;In terms of new quality productivity in the power system,efforts should be made to accelerate the construction of a digitalized and strong power grid,explore a new active distribution network scheduling mode for main distribution microgrid coordination,and build a clean,low-carbon,safe and controllable power system supported by source grid load storage interaction and multi energy complementarity;In the field of coalbed methane industry,we should carry out core technology research and development in exploration and mining,coordinate the promotion of coal and coalbed methane co mining,create three major coalbed methane industrialization bases,and form new quality productivity in the field of coalbed methane.The research results have important decision-making reference value for the construction and development of new quality productivity in Shanxi's energy field.
