New quality productive forces in China's power industry:Indicator construction and dynamic evolution

Abstract：Accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces in the power industry is the fundamental support and driving forces for building the new-type energy system.Starting with the basic connotation of new quality productive forces,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system for new quality productive forces in China's power industry from three dimensions:laborers,labor materials,and labor objects.Then,the CRITIC method is utilized to measure and analyze the development level of new quality productivity in China's power industry from 2019 to 2023.The results show that the overall development level of new quality productive forces in China's power industry is on the rise.The introduction of the"dual carbon"goal and the concept of"new power system"has helped achieve a leap in the level of new quality productive forces in the power industry.Resource conservation,new infrastructure construction,and industry development are key factors in promoting the rapid improvement of new quality productive forces in the power industry.
