Research on the influencing factors and optimization strategies of emergency supply guarantee for coal-fired power under the background of energy transformation

Abstract：The role of coal-fired power as emergency power supply is influenced by multiple factors,including technical and economic constraints,as well as policy and environmental factors.It is of great significance to clarify the key elements and mechanisms of emergency supply guarantee for coal-fired power in order to play the role of"ballast stone"for coal-fired power and ensure power safety.This article is based on the background of energy transition and constructs an interpretative structural model of emergency supply guarantee for coal-fired power.It deeply explores the relationship between key elements and establishes a hierarchical structure with the analytic hierarchy process to determine the relative importance of each key element.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects:emergency collaborative disposal,emergency command decision,emergency information communication,and emergency information supervision,providing reference for strengthening the emergency supply capacity of coal-fired power.
