Methodology for identifying the cooperative innovation goals of coal enterprises based on technology matching

Abstract：Wi th the increasing complexity of technological innovation,it is necessary for enterprises to actively utilize external resources and strengthen open cooperation in technological innovation.Considering various factors influencing cooperative innovation,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for cooperative innovation objectives from three dimensions:technology matching,organizational fit,and future growth potential.The grey relational analysis method is used to calculate the matching degree between the target enterprise and the main enterprise,forming a quantitative analysis framework for the main enterprise to select technical cooperation partners.The empirical results show that the three-dimensional evaluation index system and grey relational analysis method are more comprehensive than considering only technical factors.The selected target enterprises are consistent with the actual situation,which proves the scientificity and practicality of the proposed analysis framework.
