Abstract：As an important energy resource supply base in China,the coal industry in eastern Inner Mongolia occupies a crucial position in regional development.This paper expounds on the distribution of coal resources in eastern Inner Mongolia,the production capacity and output of major leagues and cities,and the situation of large coal enterprises.It deeply analyzes the challenges faced by coal enterprises in the region,such as high land acquisition costs,significant environmental protection pressure,difficulties in low-carbon transformation,and fierce market competition.It also proposes the ideas and key points for the high-quality development of coal enterprises in eastern Inner Mongolia during the 15th Five-Year Plan period,aiming to promote the green and low-carbon transformation and sustainable development of coal enterprises in eastern Inner Mongolia under the background of carbon peaking,and provide strong support and a demonstration reference for ensuring national energy security and promoting the coordinated progress of regional economy and ecology.
