Abstract:With the proposal of the"dual-carbon"goal,the transformation of China's energy structure has accelerated, promoting the access of a high proportion of new energy sources. However, the intermittent and fluctuating nature of new energy brings higher requirements for the stability and security of the power grid.In this paper, based on the development potential of new energy, combined with the electric-carbon coupling characteristics of source-grid-load-storage flexibility resources,we construct a source-grid-load-storage flexibility resource allocation optimisation model and an operation optimisation model.Firstly, the development scale of each type of flexibility resources in different planning periods between 2025 and 2050 is analysed;secondly, the scheduling of resources in each planning period is optimised by combining the time series production simulation method. The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for the allocation of flexibility resources and the optimisation of grid operation, and provide scientific support for the green and low-carbon transformation of the power system.
