Abstract:In order to understand the hydrochemical characteristics of groundwater under the influence of coal mining activities, this paper selects Qingdong coal mine in Huaibei City as the research area based on the hydrogeological supplementary exploration project, and statistically analyzes the hydrochemical characteristics in the area, and uses Gibbs and ion ratio methods to explore the causes of water quality. The results show that the cations in the groundwater are mainly K++Na+,and the anions are mainly SO42-,and the concentrations of Na+and SO42-tend to increase over time. The water chemical composition is affected by evaporation concentration, weathering dissolution and cation exchange, mainly from evaporative karst hydrolysis, followed by silicate rock. This study not only provides important support for coal mine water control work, but also provides theoretical basis for studying the impact of mining on groundwater quality.
