A brief analysis of geological survey units strengthening the management of accounts receivable

Abstract：Geological exploration units are mainly engaged in mineral resources exploration,hydrogeological survey,engineering geological exploration and other work.They undertake the mission of ensuring national resource security and play an important role in the country's new round of breakthrough strategy for mineral prospecting.With the changes in the market environment and the new normal of economic development,geological exploration units are facing problems such as slow return of funds,long project cycle and large capital occupation.Strengthening the management of accounts receivable is of great significance for optimizing the asset structure,improving the efficiency of capital use,and reducing operating risks.By analyzing the problems existing in the management of accounts receivable of geological survey units,the author puts forward measures to strengthen the management of accounts receivable to solve the stubborn problems that restrict high-quality development.
