Application of Financial Budgeting in Project Budget Management in Geological Exploration Enterprises

Abstract：China's geological exploration enterprises will face more intense and brutal changes in the coming years.How to find a way out in the changes and rebuild a place in the market is crucial for both internal and external management.Financial budget management and project budget management,as important links in comprehensive budget management of enterprises,complement each other and jointly promote the integration of business and finance,achieving business goals.Taking the problems existing in the project budget management process of geological exploration enterprises as the starting point,this paper analyzes the current situation of the industry and briefly discusses the application of financial budget management in project budget management,so as to help geological exploration enterprises improve management efficiency in deepening the reform process,and thus achieve business accumulation and healthy development.
