Thoughts onstate-owned enterprises engaging in private equity fund investments

Abstract：Private equity funds are a new form of investment.State-owned enterprises utilize their own resources to engage in private equity fund investments,increasing their capital participation and investment efficiency,and effectively adapting to the new changes in the investment market,thereby obtaining more economic benefits for the enterprise.This article explores the important role of state-owned enterprises engaging in private equity fund investments in promoting business development,analyzes the current issues in private equity fund management in China,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions.It provides a certain reference value for state-owned enterprises to establish or participate in private equity fund investments.
