Thoughts on strengthening supply chain management in geological exploration units in the new era

Abstract：Currently,the construction of supply chain has received great attention from the country and has become a national strategy.Supply chain management has become an important component of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Geological exploration units strengthening supply chain management and transforming from traditional procurement management to modern supply chain management can not only reduce costs and improve efficiency,but also ensure project quality and safety.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and current situation of supply chain management in geological exploration units,then discusses the main factors promoting supply chain management,and finally proposes measures for building supply chain management.
