Abstract：In enterprise management,leadership is the core quality of managers,and also the key factor to determine the efficiency of enterprises and the execution of employees.Therefore,strengthening the research on the shaping and improvement of leadership is of great significance to the development of enterprises.Through the introduction of the theoretical knowledge related to enterprise leadership,combined with the development and status quo of modern enterprises,this paper points out the shortcomings of enterprises in leadership,and puts forward the methods for improving enterprise leadership,so as to improve the management efficiency of enterprises and the work efficiency of employees,and promote the better and healthier development of enterprises.
