Abstract：An efficient and scientific treasury management system has become key to supporting the healthy development of financial management in state-owned enterprizes.This paper delves into the main issues encountered by state-owned enterprises during the construction of treasury systems and proposes targeted measures.These measures aim to help state-owned enterprises enhance financial management efficiency and decision-making quality,thereby gaining advantages in the fierce market competition.
