State-owned enterprise league member youth fresh army function display in the new normal

Abstract：In the new normal,with the structural change of the country's demand for geological work,the objective demand for geological prospecting industry is also undergoing profound changes.Young League members have passion,knowledge,is the backbone of the enterprise,to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises to achieve high-quality development is essential.In the face of the new situation,new challenges and new opportunities,we must have new orientation,new ideas and new means to give full play to the role of the league members as the new force of youth,in order to maximize the enthusiasm and creativity of the Youth League members.Based on this,this paper takes the actual practice of the first Exploration Bureau of the general administration of coal geology of China(hereinafter referred to as the first Exploration Bureau of China Coal Industry Bureau)as an example,according to the development status quo of Youth League members under the New Normal,combined with the work changes of the league in the new period,this paper probes into how to give full play to the Young League members'role as the fresh force in enterprise reform from the aspects of strengthening ideological construction,playing the role of ties and carrying out responsibilities.
