On the establishment and implementation of the management system for the performance of geological exploration construction contracts

Abstract：Geological exploration construction contracts are characterized by their unique subject matter,long performance cycles,broad scope of involvement,and numerous uncertainties.The control over these contracts by geological exploration enterprises should encompass both static contract review and dynamic contract management.Especially during the contract performance stage,establishing a scientific,effective,and operational contract performance management system is essential for these enterprises to manage contract risk.This paper discusses the establishment and implementation of a contract performance management system for geological exploration construction contracts from various aspects,including the disclosure system of the contract,supervision and early warning management system for contract performance,specialized management system for monitoring and early warning of accounts receivable,management system for geological exploration construction contract materials,and the dynamic management system for the creditworthiness of the counterparties.
