Abstract：In the transformation and development of the coal industry,innovation and entrepreneurship(hereinafter referred to as"double innovation")talents play an important role.On the basis of analyzing the new challenges and problems faced by the cultivation of"double innovation"talents in the coal industry,this paper explores the internal mechanism of promoting the cultivation of"double innovation"talents through collaborative theory.It constructs a path for the cultivation of"double innovation"talents in the coal industry from the aspects of creating a good atmosphere,improving curriculum construction,strengthening practical system,and enhancing team building,in order to cultivate more outstanding talents who can adapt to the new situation and lead the development of the coal industry.
