Application research of agile project management based on CMMI in the digital transformation of coal enterprises

Abstract：Aiming at the problem of software project management in the digital transformation of coal industry,taking a coal mining technology development enterprise as an example,an agile project management method based on CMMI is proposed.This method combines the process specification of CMMI with the flexibility and transparency of agile management,and effectively meets the needs and challenges in the digital upgrading of coal industry.Through practical experience sharing,it proves that the method plays an important role in improving project quality,speeding up research and development progress,and enhancing team cooperation ability,which provides experience reference for software research and development teams in coal industry and other industries.
