Abstract：As a concrete manifestation of new quality productive forces in the energy field,new quality productive forces in energy has achieved a qualitative leap and structural optimization and upgrading.However,cultivating and developing it faces multiple practical challenges.To effectively address challenges,measures such as ensuring material prerequisites for energy security through high-quality development,establishing energy trade security barriers through risk prevention,achieving independent and controllable energy industry through innovation,and promoting digital transformation of energy through data security should be taken to accelerate the cultivation and development of new energy productivity and enhance the overall capacity and level of national energy security.
