Study on the synergetic path between intelligent transformation of coal mine and high-quality development of regional economy in Shanxi province

Abstract：The theoretical framework of the relationship between intelligent construction of coal mine and regional economic development is established by combining theoretical analysis with empirical research.Through econometrics models,case studies and other means,this paper analyzes how the intelligent construction can promote high-quality development of regional economy through technological innovation,industrial upgrading,and industrial chain integration.It is found that the intelligent construction of coal mine not only improves the competitiveness of coal industry,but also promotes the coordinated development of related industries,and promotes the optimization of employment structure and the transformation and upgrading of regional economic structure.In addition,the paper also focuses on the challenges and problems in the process of intelligent construction of coal mines,such as insufficient investment,shortage of technical personnel,imperfect policy environment.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions,including increasing R & D investment,optimizing resource allocation,perfecting policy support system,strengthening talent training and introduction,etc.,in order to Shanxi province and even the national coal mine intelligent construction to provide useful reference.
