Abstract:The development of green electric heat storage heating in China is constrained by both the imbalance between wind and solar resources and load distribution, and the relative independence of power transmission lines between administrative regions.Developing cross-network interconnection cooperation for green electric heat storage heating is beneficial to solve the problems of wind and solar curtailment in provinces rich in these resources and the high peak-shaving pressure in receiving provinces during heating seasons, while also reducing the cost of low-carbon transformation of heating systems.Based on a cross-network interconnection cooperation project for green electric heat storage heating in Inner Mongolia-the Abaga Banner project, this study proposes entry conditions for the sending-end power company and profit distribution models in such projects using an incomplete information dynamic game model. The results show that the cross-network interconnection cooperation project for green electric heat storage heating can create profits of over 70 million yuan for both sending-end and receiving-end power companies, while generating over 30 million yuan in revenue for the government.Additionally, after cooperation is achieved, the project can consume an average of 255 million kWh of wind power annually, creating environmental benefits of over 700 million yuan during its operational period(20 a).
