Abstract：Currently,under the new economic situation and the guidance of the national energy development strategy,the scale of coal enterprises is constantly expanding,forming a pattern based on coal,with multiple industries and sectors developing together.Facing the differences and changes in management between the new coal group and the traditional coal group,how to accelerate the transformation of management mode,strengthen group control,and promote the coordinated and rapid development of various types of enterprises under the group has become an important challenge for the development of the new coal group.Performance target performance evaluation is an important means for coal enterprise groups to manage various types of subordinate enterprises,and is an important link in the strategic development of enterprises.Guided by the overall strategic development of enterprise groups,strengthening the performance target assessment of affiliated enterprises,scientifically formulating assessment policies,stimulating the rapid development of different types of enterprises,and promoting the maximization of group benefits are important issues for the current development of coal enterprise groups.
