Research on driving framework of low-carbon transition of power generation enterprises under the"dual carbon"goal

Abstract：Under the"double carbon"goal,accelerating the construction of new power system is the main direction of the development of China's electric power industry during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,and continue to promote low carbon transformation is the inevitable choice for China's power generation enterprises.As the internal and external environment is constantly changing,the low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises is facing a more complex situation,and an objective and comprehensive transformation framework is urgently needed to provide strategic decision-making support for the low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises.This paper puts forward the driving factors for low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises,which are summarized into seven levels:capital,labor,land,technology,data,soft power and society.It constructs the driving framework for low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises,which provides theoretical basis for low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises.Based on the driving framework,the low-carbon transformation process of different power generation enterprises is compared and evaluated.Some suggestions are put forward to promote the low-carbon transformation of power generation enterprises.
