Research on Multi-system Integration Management of ISO 45001 and Safety Production Standardization System

Abstract：ISO 45001 And coal mine safety production standardization,as the research results of the generation of safety management methods,has been widely used in coal mining enterprises,but it is not integrated,bringing inconvenience to the safety management work.So in order to solve the ISO 45001 and coal mine safety production standardization in coal mining enterprises,improve the level of safety management,reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents,through the ISO 45001 understanding and analyze the present situation of coal mine safety production standardization system,discusses the necessity of the integration of two systems,with the aid of PDCA cycle as the method,the two system elements fusion build new management elements,combined with the SDCA cycle,promote the continuous improvement and optimization of coal mine safety production management system.The results show that the new management system after the integration is more standardized and standardized,which improves the level of coal mine safety management and contributes to the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.
