Abstract：In recent years,the integration of production,transportation,sales,and storage has been one of the hot issues in the coal industry.The key is how to realize the integration,coordination,and balance of production,transportation,sales,storage,and use,and maximize the overall value of the group's industrial collaborative operation.Therefore,proposing a comprehensive model based on the annual balanced model,multi-period decomposition model,and path optimization model provides a framework for coordinating enterprise integration balance.It is found that the annual balance model solves the problem of balance matching between elements in different scenarios,the multi-cycle decomposition model solves the expected operation scheme in different cycles,and the path optimization model calculates the optimal transportation route and volume adjustment.Based on the above model,the comprehensive model has been applied and verified in many coal management companies,and has achieved good results.
