Research on empowering resource-basedcities in Heilongjiang Province with digital economy for industrial transformation and upgrading

Abstract：The study uses the panel data of"Four Coal Cities"in Heilongjiang Province from 2012 to 2021 for empirical test to explore the influence of digital economy on industrial transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities.The results show that the development of digital economy plays a positive role in promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities,and the results are relatively stable;According to the test results of intermediary effect model,it is found that digital economy can promote industrial transformation and upgrading by improving innovation ability.According to the research results,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of digital economy empowerment industry from four aspects:vigorously developing digital economy,focusing on improving innovation ability,optimizing and perfecting government functions and strengthening the cultivation of digital talents.
