Research on the influence of environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"on the attractiveness of job applicants

Abstract：Poor environmental responsibility performance is one of the reasons that reduce the attractiveness of coal enterprises.In order to clarify the mechanism of the environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"on the attractiveness of job applicants,a moderated mediation model was constructed with green image perception as the mediating variable and green consciousness as the moderating variable.SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze the experimental data,and the results showed that:environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"has a significant negative impact on the attractiveness of job applicants;Green image perception plays an mediating role between environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"and job applicants'attractiveness;Green consciousness plays a moderating role between environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"and green image perception,that is,the stronger the green consciousness,the stronger the negative impact of environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"on green image perception.
