Research on the impact of mining intelligence on employment in the mining industry

Abstract：To study how intelligent mining affects employment in the mining industry,this article measures the employment at the provinciallevel and the level of coal mine intellectualization based on panel data from provinces with relatively developed domestic technology and mining industry.Through benchmark regression,the influencing factors and heterogeneity test of coal mine intellectualization on employment are analyzed.The research results show that intelligent mining can significantly improve employment in the mining industry.The heterogeneity test found that intelligent mining has a significant impact on the eastern region,but the impact on the central and western regions is not significant.Finally,based on the background,propose strategies and suggestions to promote the development of intelligent mining,including the government providing more policy support,cultivating more high-quality talents,and increasing innovation efforts to enhance the employment promotion effect of intelligent mining.
