Abstract：With the development of science and technology,intelligence has gradually entered our lives,and the development of enterprises should also adapt to the changes in the environment.As one of the main energy sources in China,intelligent mining can not only deal with the problems of bad mining conditions and dangerous environment,but also improve the mining efficiency and realize the goal of few people and high efficiency.Under the background of intelligence,informatization has gradually become a new creativity,and the management and control mode of coal mine enterprises also needs to be reformed reasonably and scientifically.The intelligent management and control of coal mine enterprises need to take informatization as the core,establish a unified information data platform,and on this basis,carry out underground less humanized management and equipment fine management.The organizational strucoture of coal mining enterprises needs to develop towards flattening,and the management system also need to be adjusted accordingly too.
