Study on the impact of digital economy on green total factor productivity of enterprises—Analysis of mediating mechanism with adjustment from the perspective of multiple collaboration

Abstract:In recent years,the digital economy has become the core driving force of economic development,which is of great significance for promoting green and high-quality development.Based on the panel data set of China's A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2021,this paper establishes A moderated intermediary effect model based on the perspective of multiple collaboration to explore the impact of digital economy on green total factor productivity of enterprises and its mechanism.It is found that the development of digital economy significantly improves the level of green total factor productivity of enterprises,and the conclusion is still valid after the robustness test,such as the selection of historical data as the instrumental variable and the establishment of"National big Data comprehensive experimental area"as the exogenous policy impact.Green technology innovation plays an intermediary role in this process,and the influence mechanism is positively regulated by government environmental protection support and public environmental concern.Further analysis shows that the promotion effect of digital economy on green total factor productivity of enterprises is more significant in areas with higher environmental regulation intensity,labor-and technology-intensive industries,non-heavy polluting industries and state-owned enterprises.At the same time,the internal connection between digital economy and enterprise green total factor productivity,and constructs a multi-collaborative path of green and high-quality development.
