Abstract：Under the background of the new era,China's coal enterprises actively promote management innovation and have made remarkable progress.First of all,the specific practice and effect of management innovation in China's coal enterprises in the new era are sorted out in detail,and the key role of management innovation in promoting high-quality development of enterprises is demonstrated.Secondly,it analyzes the direction and requirements of coal enterprise management innovation in the new era,and gives play to the guiding role of the Party's twenty great spirits.Finally,it defines the management innovation path of coal enterprises with the goal of building world-class enterprises,and puts forward specific measures such as focusing on core indicators of efficiency,improving governance efficiency,innovation-driven development,and sustainable development,which provides strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of the coal industry.
