Research on coordinated development level of coal resource regions in Heilongjiang province

Abstract：Based on the theory of synergy,this paper takes the level and order parameters of the coordinated development of economic,environmental,and social subsystems in coal resource-based regions as the starting point to deeply explore the current situation and influencing factors of the coordinated development of coal resource-based regions in Heilongjiang Province.By analyzing the order parameters of coal resources in Heilongjiang Province,including indicators such as industrial structure,economic growth,pollutant emissions,and employment,the basic characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of coal resource-based regions were revealed.We have constructed three subsystems,namely economic system,environmental system,and social system,and analyzed the problems in the coordinated development of coal resource-based regions through a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of each subsystem.In the economic system,we have focused on the contribution of the coal industry to regional economy;In the environmental system,attention has been paid to the impact of coal development on the environment;In the social system,attention has been paid to the relationship between coal resource development and the lives of residents.Research has found that there are problems such as imbalanced order parameters and uncoordinated coordinated development levels among the three subsystems in coal resource-based regions of Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,a series of countermeasures for systematic coordinated development have been proposed,aiming to improve the level of coordinated development in coal resource-based regions of Heilongjiang Province and provide useful experience and inspiration for the development of similar regions.
