Procurement compliance management and risk prevention in geological exploration units

Abstract：Through the analysis of the importance and necessity of compliance management in procurement for geological exploration units,as well as the existing procurement management issues,main problem types,and manifestations.It proposes measures for preventing risks in procurement compliance management for geological exploration units under new circumstances.The aim is to further standardize the responsibilities and behaviors of procurement entities through compliance management in geological exploration units,establish an integrated supervision system,avoid procurement risks,improve procurement efficiency and enterprise competitiveness,achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals,and realize high-quality development of geological exploration units.
