Construction and implementation of entrepreneurship and innovation management system in large state-owned coal enterprises based on innovation matrix

Abstract：The coal-based industry plays a great role in supporting the development of the national economy,and along with major climate strategy issues such as carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the low-carbon transformation of China's coal-based energy industry is necessary and urgent.This paper focuses on the six core industries of coal-based industry,deeply analyses the development status of China's coal-based industry under the goal of"dual-carbon",systematically explores the challenges constraining its low-carbon development,transformation,and upgrading,and puts forward a specific path to promote the green and low-carbon development of the coal-based industry.To ensure the smooth implementation of this development path,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions for the challenges faced.In addition,this paper provides in-depth theoretical references for establishing a new coal-based industry development pattern of fossil energy cleanliness,clean energy scale-up,and energy supply intelligence.
