Digital transformation of the coal industry:current situation,motivations and countermeasures

Abstract：This paper systematically analyzes the phenomenon of digital transformation in the coal industry in recent years.First,it outlines the current basic concepts of digital transformation,including broad and narrow definitions;then analyzes the current status of digital transformation in the coal industry from three aspects:technology application,management or process change,and business ecological structure;further analyzes the impact of digital transformation on the influence of the coal industry summarizes the driving factors of the digital transformation of the coal industry from three aspects:technology,organization and environment.Finally,it is recommended that the coal industry should strengthen top-level design,organizational guidance and capacity building in the process of digital transformation.
