Exploration on the operation and profit model of modern coal logistics park

Abstract：With the implementation of the energy revolution and supply side structural reform,China's coal resource development layout is accelerating its westward shift.The large-scale and long-distance coal transportation pattern is difficult to change in the medium to long term,and regional and seasonal tensions in railway transportation capacity and coal supply always exist.Coal logistics parks have become an essential and important measure to ensure the stable supply of coal in China.However,most coal storage and distribution bases and logistics parks in China have a low level of specialization and a single profit model,which restricts the development of coal logistics parks.This article studies the development trend of coal logistics parks in China,and analyzes three operation modes and profit models:"large-scale coal storage and distribution loading base operation mode,regional centralized procurement and decentralized sales strategic cooperation mode,and multiplication operation mode under interaction with coal trading centers".After comparative analysis,it is concluded that the adoption of the"multiplication operation model under interaction with coal trading centers"has more profit models and greater development space,which is the future development trend of coal logistics parks.
