Research onperformance evaluation index and method for world class opencast coal mine

Abstract：The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has successively put forward the basic requirements of"three leading","three leaders"and"three models",and the National Energy Group has also put forward the development strategies of"one goal","three types and five modernizations"and"seven first-class",all of which put forward higher standards for the development of open-pit coal mining enterprises.This paper is based on the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on the performance evaluation of open-pit coal mining enterprises and enterprises.From the perspective of benchmarking world-class,a world-class open-pit coal mine performance evaluation index system based on analytic hierarchy-entropy method is constructed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct a model.Finally,case studies were conducted on the HDG open-pit coal mine owned by ZN Group,where deficiencies were identified and recommendations were made.
