Auditing research on the matching between corporate culture and enterprise system of Shendong Coal Group

Abstract：Both corporate culture and system play an important role in enterprise management,and it is generally believed that there is a special relationship between these two in theoretical and practical circles.Taking Shendong's corporate culture and system as the research object,this paper obtains the measurement index system of Shendong's corporate culture elements and enterprise management system through questionnaire survey,and uses the multiple regression model to conduct empirical research on the matching between Shendong's corporate culture and system.Based on empirical results,this paper analyzes the problem of matching Shendong's corporate culture and system,and proposes serveal suggestions for the bidirectional optimization of Shendong Coal Group's system and culture:including improving the dimensions of Shendong corporate culture,cultivating first-class safety concepts,updating enterprise management concepts,strengthening the intelligence and information innovation of Shengdong,and strictly implementing relevant management regulations.
