Abstract：This study starts with the mission of central enterprises in high-quality development,focuses on the characteristic functions of industrial funds,and explains the rationality and feasibility of the operation of industrial funds by central enterprises.On this basis,the policy environment and operation mechanism of the central enterprise industrial fund are deeply analyzed,and combined with its development reality and existing problems,the path of promoting high-quality development of the central enterprise industrial fund and the operation guarantee mechanism are proposed.The research results show that the central enterprise industry fund can comprehensively improve the industrial competitiveness of central enterprises under the requirements of high-quality development from the aspects of supporting scientific and technological innovation,industrial control and industrial safety support.
