An evolutionarygame study of government behavior on clean mining of coal enterprises

Abstract：Clean mining is an important way to solve the environmental problems of coal mining and realize the sustainable development of coal industry.In practical application,due to the restriction of the original technology path lock,enterprise innovation inertia and other factors,enterprises lack the enthusiasm to promote this technology.In order to improve the enthusiasm of coal enterprises to implement clean mining technology and promote coal enterprises to embark on the path of green mining,an evolutionary game model between coal enterprises and government was first established,and the characteristic values of Jacobian matrix corresponding to each equilibrium point were analyzed to explore the stability strategy of both parties after dynamic game.Then Matlab numerical simulation is used to analyze the factors that influence the system to reach the optimal strategy state.Finally,some suggestions for promoting clean mining technology are put forward based on the analysis results.
