Abstract：The article analyzes the world's coal resources and the basic situation and changing trends of world coal production,consumption,trade,etc.since 2000,and concludes that the world economic growth rate,regional economic development,and coal market are highly correlated.With the overall slowdown in world economic growth,the Asia Pacific region has become the most active region in the world economy,and the world's coal production,consumption,and trade center is accelerating its shift to the Asia Pacific region.In the future,the expected improvement of the world economy will benefit the market,and the demand for coal consumption in the world will remain high.Coal supply and demand will enter a tight balance,and the global coal market pattern will accelerate and reshape,further forming a regional market.
