Research on intelligent monitoring of coal storage yard based on digital twins

Abstract：There are various complex and uncertain emergencies in coal storage yards,and traditional coal storage yard management has a"black box"phenomenon.Intelligent monitoring of coal storage is achieved through the real-time on-site acquisition of structural and environmental information on coal storage yards.Based on the analysis of various characteristics of structural reactions,the structural status of coal storage yards is evaluated to ensure that all equipment in the coal storage yard is in good condition and to improve the safety of coal storage yard operation.This study introduces digital twin technology for the intelligent monitoring of coal storage yards,constructs intelligent monitoring system architecture for coal storage yards based on digital twin technology,and proposes an intelligent monitoring method for coal storage yards based on digital twin technology.It not only elaborates on the application of coal twin technology in the intelligent monitoring of coal storage yards but also explains the key technologies required in the application process.The intelligent monitoring of coal storage yards based on digital twins has high theoretical and practical significance for the intelligent and digital operation of coal storage yards,making the operation of coal storage yards more transparent,intelligent,and efficient.
