Modeling the impact ofcoal enterprise safety expense funding on its economic benefits

Abstract：Coal industry is a national pillar industry,which can drive the rapid economic growth.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of safety cost capital investment on its economic benefits.Based on the capital investment and structure of safety expenses of coal enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation of coal enterprises in China.The panel threshold regression model is established.The explanatory variable is economic benefit,the core variable is the safety cost capital investment of coal enterprises,and the intermediary variable is enterprise labor efficiency and resource output.The intermediary variable is transformed into threshold variable for threshold regression to analyze the impact of safety cost capital investment of coal enterprises on their economic benefits under different conditions.The results show that there is a positive correlation between the safety cost capital investment and its economic benefits,so as to put forward the strategies suitable for improving the economic benefits of coal enterprises,in order to promote the steady and rapid development of coal enterprises.
