The internal mechanism and realization path of green transformation of coal enterprises under the goal of"double carbon"

Abstract：The"double carbon"target and its policies directly affect the green transformation behavior of coal enterprises,and also indirectly affect the behavior of enterprises through intermediary variables such as industry structure and competition structure.By combining the"SCP"analysis model,the transmission mechanism of this indirect influence is analyzed;meanwhile,the inner mechanism of the green transformation of coal enterprises led by the"dual carbon"target is analyzed from both the tangible and intangible drivers,and the following is proposed.The path of green transformation of coal enterprises,including formulating green development strategy guided by new development concept,improving green production efficiency by relying on digital and intelligent technology,developing new green and low-carbon business supported by financial market,and building sustainable organizational structure led by environmental regulation.
