Abstract:To address key issues in coal mine intelligentization, such as the lack of a normalized operational management mechanism, underperforming system efficiency, and an immature technology ecosystem,we established a systematic theoretical system and top-level architecture for normalized intelligent coal mine operation.By introducing the integrated concepts of"management integration, system intelligence, sustained operation, and standardized evaluation,"and incorporating a dual-drive model of"intelligent technology+management,"a top-level architecture for normalized intelligent coal mine operation was designed, encompassing business logic, technical systems, data architecture, and evaluation management. The synergistic relationships among the four core systems, including business control,AI collaboration, safety assurance, and evaluation management, were clarified within this architecture. The technical implementation path based on a PaaS cloud foundation,an intelligent operation and maintenance AI engine, and a full-lifecycle data architecture were elaborated.Furthermore,a closed-loop evaluation management process centered on a maturity model was proposed. The results indicate that this top-level architecture provides theoretical guidance and methodological support for achieving long-term stable and self-adaptive normalized operation of intelligent coal mine systems, thereby facilitating the transition of coal mine production toward a safe, efficient, green, intelligent, and sustainable model.
