Abstract:Taking Ping'anbao Mine as the engineering background,on-site secondary stress measurement, rock mechanics parameter testing, and numerical simulation analysis of the excavated roadway were conducted.According to the measurement, the maximum principal stress σmax=6.68 MPa,which was 2.56 times the self weight stress; Then, using FLAC3D displacement inversion, the distribution of secondary stress field after roadway excavation was clarified, and the horizontal stresses σx and σy were 5.0 and 4.0 MPa,respectively. Finally,a support scheme was proposed using grouting with anchor bolt and cable.According to the on-site practice, the roof displacement decreased by 21%from 300 mm to 239 mm,and the floor heave decreased by 49%from 226 mm to 115 mm,demonstrating the effectiveness for controlling the serious deformation in high stress roadways.
