Abstract:To address the risk of dynamic disasters caused by thick hard roof rupture during mining,we took the 11-3107 working face of Menkeqing Coal Mine as the engineering background, and comprehensively applied research methods such as theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and on-site practice to explore the layout method of bedding horizontal boreholes for regional fracturing in thick hard roof strata.Firstly, according to the multi-dimensional analysis including roof lithology analysis, key strata identification, energy transfer research and microseismic monitoring, there are key strata Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ in the overburden of the No.3107 working face, the rupture of which result in high energy transfer to the coal mass. Therefore, the preferred fracturing horizons should be the middle-low position(15~30 m)and the middle-high position(45~60 m),which need to be dynamically adjusted. Then, numerical simulation was used to analyze water injection leakage within different mining-induced damage ranges,so as to determine the horizontal borehole layout parameters.Meanwhile, the effect of roof pre-splitting blasting was evaluated.Based on the above research,a targeted regional fracturing scheme for the No.3107 working face was proposed, which provides a solid technical support for the subsequent safe and efficient mining of the working face.
